Roland is formally from Wiscasset, Maine, was a Broker – Owner of his own real estate company for 10 years.  Roland served as a Trustee of the School System and Town Budget Committee. Roland moved to Leesburg in 1980.  He secured his Florida Brokers License and has been affiliated with the local Board of Realtors for the past 30 years. Roland has served on the Finance Committee, for 3 years as the Chairman of the Multiple Listing Service with the Local Board Of Realtors, Chairman of the Leesburg Code Enforcement Board and currently serves as Chairperson of the Leesburg Planning Commission.

With his proven track record of success, Roland is widely recognized as a leader in the real estate industry throughout his real estate career.  He has primarily worked in the Tri-County area of Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties.  Roland will search for properties, and communicate with his customers in a timely manner to make sure they are 100% satisfied...bringing both buyers and sellers together to help make a smooth transaction!
