ERA Neil Fischer opened
its doors in April of 1981. Despite a recession
and mortgage interest rates climbing to 18%, we grew steadily
the first two years and in 1984 built our own office and
facilities. Over the next 11 years we continued
to grow, acheiving "Top 50" office status with
ERA Real Estate (over 2600 offices world wide).
In July of 1996 we moved into our new 7000 sq. ft. "State
of the Art" office just west of Lake Square Mall
on Highway 441. In October 2000, our Eustis office was opened to better serve our "Golden Triangle Area Clients".
